If you’re looking for the latest in first-person-shooter combat action, Call of Duty: Ghosts just released yesterday. The new game runs at 60 fps across all platforms and players can carry out single player campaigns, or join the revamped multiplayer with new maps, weapons, and the ability to create your own soldier with over 20,000 custom combinations. There’s also an all-new Squads Mode where you can build a team of up to 6 and the additional players will operate differently based on the weapons you provide them. Available for PLAYSTATION 3, PLAYSTATION 4, XBOX 360, XBOX, PC, and Wii U.

If you’re into running around a fictional town, stealing cars and committing crimes, getting a copy of the latest installment of the Grand Theft Auto franchise should be on your to-do list. The city of Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto V offers the largest open-world map Rockstar Games has ever created and you can switch between characters to see missions from different perspectives. Plus, when you want to take a break from the gangster life – you can partake in “recreational” activities including golf, tennis, diving, parachuting, and yoga (we didn’t see yoga coming). Releasing 9/17, it’s currently available for pre-order.

BioShock Infinite

The third installment of the BioShock series, BioShock Inifinite was just released and is tearing up the gaming charts. The unique first-person shooter is set in 1912 and takes place in a marvel of a city, the flying cloud city of Columbia. You’ll be on a rescue mission (to save a girl of course) and need to fight mechanized enemies along sky rails, zeppelins and floating streets. Plus you’ll be able to gain powers, tear through time, shoot lightning, and all that jazz. Available for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

Kick some Redcoat ass with tomahawks, bow and arrows, firearms, rope darts and more. On top of fighting in historic battles such as Bunker Hill, you’ll also be able to travel through trees and command your own naval warship. Looks pretty sweet.
