Sam Rockwell has made a ton of movies, yet he’s not a household name. Now that he’s been in blockbuster flicks such as Iron Man 2, Rockwell has become much more recognizable, but if you want to see him really shine – check out the mind bending indie film Moon. Alone on a moon mining station, Rockwell’s character is accompanied by a robot (similar to HAL in 2001: A Space Odyssey) voiced by Kevin Spacey. Nearing the end of his three year contract at the station, he begins to see things and the movie leads down a twisted path. Great acting, unique cinematography, a deep plot, and a powerful original music score make Moon a must see.
