Keri Lynn Ford is a rising fitness model and friend of Frachelli.com. She’s currently in first place for Status Fitness Magazine’s cover contest and certainly deserves to be. The hot little firecracker (literally born on the 4th of July) trains six days a week and also teaches spin classes to the stars of L.A. in her spare time.
