With a naturally aspirated six cylinder boxer engine, the new Porsche 911 Carrera GTS gains 30 hp over the 911 S, placing it between the GT3 and S models in the power lineup of 911′s. One major distinction, unlike the new GT3, the GTS is available with a manual transmission for those enthusiasts who want to be more engaged with the car, row through the gears, and use a little heel-toe action. However, the paddle-shifted PDK transmission does provide increased performance and gets the 430 hp GTS from 0-60 mph in just 3.8 seconds, whereas it takes 4.2 when shifting yourself in the seven-speed manual. The GTS sits on menacing 20″ Satin Blak Turbo S wheels and receives an optimized front spoiler with aggressive large air intakes. Inside, the car gets special treatment and is loaded with alcantara, “Sport” seats and steering wheeling wheel, and GTS badges & accents. Coming soon, the Porsche 911 GTS is also available as a convertible and with four-wheel drive.
