We can’t get enough of mob movies and certainly get excited any time a new one that looks halfway decent is coming out. Gangster Squad is a chronicle of the LAPD’s fight to keep East Coast Mafia types out of Los Angeles in the 1940s and 50s. The movie has a great lineup of actors including Sean Penn, Ryan Gosling, Josh Brolin, Nick Nolte, and the lovable Emma Stone. Check out the trailer:
