There are few action/sci-fi movies as epic as Terminator 2: Judgement Day. I mean come on, the T1000 – does it get any cooler than that?? Directed by the legendary James Cameron, T2 displayed breakthrough special effects just like Cameron’s more recent film Avatar. Plus, you get great lines from Arnold such as “Hasta La Vista Baby.” This Blu-ray Skynet edition is full of special features and is currently a great bargain at $9.49.
While there’s something a bit off with the lyrics of Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People, it’s a very enjoyable tune. In what seems to be a song about a disturbed and neglected kid, I couldn’t help but be reminded of Jeremy by Pearl Jam which was also a bit controversial when released. Controversy aside, with over 39 million YouTube views at the time of this writing, there’s no denying that Pumped Up Kicks is one catchy song.
